About: Our Independent Roadbook

Listwagonradarsor (listwagonradarsor.motorcycles) was founded to provide calm, verifiable stage-planning guidance for independent motorcycle tourists. Too much travel writing treats a motorcycle tour either as an extreme expedition requiring a support truck or as a carefree postcard drive where weather, fuel availability, and rider fatigue never intrude.

In reality, most road trips happen on normal motorcycles ridden by self-supported riders who have a finite window of annual leave and want to return home with both bike and rider in top shape.

Our Three Editorial Commitments

  • 1. Verification Over Speculation: Mountain passes close for rockfall, rural petrol stations change operating hours, and ferry timetables shift by season. Rather than quoting static journey times as guarantees, we point riders directly to primary road and meteorological authorities so you can verify live conditions on the morning you ride.
  • 2. Conservative Engineering Margins: Every fuel range table, packing weight recommendation, and daily mileage figure we publish includes built-in buffers for headwinds, rain, traffic delays, and human concentration limits.
  • 3. Zero Sponsored Gear Hype: We are an independent editorial publication operated by Listwagonradarsor Touring Press Ltd. We are not affiliated with any motorcycle manufacturer, luggage brand, navigation hardware vendor, or hotel booking network.

Who We Write For

Whether you ride a 400cc single with throw-over canvas bags, a sport-tourer with colour-matched panniers, or a veteran twin across international borders, the fundamentals of stage management remain identical: match the road to the day, leave a fuel margin, carry only what earns its place, and arrive before dark with options left.
